Meet Rosie! ❤ This girl is a sweetheart. She is a very confused at the moment. Rosie hasn't had the best life at all.☹️ Her coat has had to be taken down to the skin as it was that bad! Rosie's claws have curled right around in a full circle. She is amazing with people. Seems a tad nervous of dogs! Rosie is middle aged and just needs some TLC!
