Everyone meet our next resident.... Penni!😘 This girl is an absolute sweetheart! Everyone who’s met her just falls in love with her 🥰😘 Penni has found herself in our care at the age of 11 years old 😞 She was previously a working lab then bred from.... possibly several litters. Penny has been an outdoor dog ... we now want to change her world for the better 🐶 Since being in our care, she’s gone into a foster home, is doing amazingly well and is loving life!   She ADORES her fusses!🧡 Penni loves her walks but around 20 mins is her limit. But she can do this twice a day. She is fab with other dogs and loves her food.💙 She has been to our vets for a health check and as you would expect, she has a few warts and lumps. But sadly there is one lump which isn’t looking good and she has a bad heart murmur.  The vets gave us a few options, but with the added complication of her heart murmur everything is a lot more risky and dangerous. 💔😢 We are still so angry that at her age of 11 years old, after being worked then bred from, kept outside all her life - she’s ended up in rescue. However we are also happy, she is with us so we can do right by this girl ....love and spoil her.  We have decided to follow our vets advice (and our hearts) to leave her as she is so she can live the high life in her twilight years!😘🙏🏼 Therefore Penni will become one of our forever foster dogs. She will hopefully be matched up soon enough to a family who will adore her for the rest of her life and treat her as she should have been for the 11 previous years!🙏🏼🥰 We will keep you posted on this girl over the coming weeks. 🙏🏼 Thank you for your support as always. We literally couldn’t help dogs like Penni and 18 others if it wasn’t for the people who sponsor them monthly 💙
