Everyone meet our next resident …… Lily!🧡 Lily is a cross breed (shihtzu x with a cavachon) and her date of birth is 08/09/2021. Sadly this girl was brought in to our care after her owners realised they weren’t meeting her needs due to lack of time. This was the best outcome for Lily!🐶 This girl is only 5.6kg and needs to gain around 1-2 kgs. She’s a sweet girl but really hasn’t had the right exposure or socialisation she should have. She’s not seen much of the outside world at all ☹️ However since coming in to our care she’s gone straight in to foster and is doing fabulously. She’s been brilliant with everyone she’s met. Lily is understandably shy to start but soon becomes your friend. She adores sitting on your knee and having cuddles.💛 Lily is good in the car and happy to be handled. She’s learning how to walk on lead properly and really enjoying her walks. At the moment, she’s having little but often walks and loves a good sniff! She’s doing well when meeting other dogs too.🐾 At the vets this girl was star… 🤩she’s restarted her vaccinations, and been flead and wormed. She can’t be spayed yet due to her being in season, but that will be in a couple of months at our vets.🫶🏼👏🏽 We are looking for a calm home where her confidence can grow. Someone who’s got patience and confidence….. she does take her confidence from her handler. She could live with older dog savvy children.🙌🏽 Lily is going to need regular grooming, please consider this before applying. Also she’s NOT hypoallergenic, she does shed fur.
