Everyone meet our next resident … Cookie!😍 Cookie sadly found herself in our care due to her owner becoming poorly and therefore not being able to meet her needs. Please, no negative comments. ❤️‍🩹 Since arriving in our care, Cookie has been a star. She’s currently in foster with another dog and a dog-savvy child, without an issue.🌟 Cookie hasn’t seen much of the outside world, however she’s taking it all in her stride! She adores playing fetch and really is a fab girl. Her housetraining is coming along well too.😘 This girl is a Shihtzu cross who’s just turned 6 years old. She’s passed a healthcheck, restarted her vaccinations and been flead and wormed. She booked in to spayed but we are going to get her weight off her first. At the moment, she weighs 9.9kg and needs to lose around 4 kg in total.💪🏼🌟 Cookie is a sweet girl who would enjoy life with another dog for company. We now know she can live with older, dog-savvy children too. She travels well in the car and is crate trained!😍 This girl hasn’t been on-lead or walked much recently so we are re-training her in this regard and she’s coming along well, but with baby steps.
